WHICH SKIN TYPES ARE DEALBODIES PRODUCTS MADE FOR?

All dealbodies products are developed with our Lab partners and experienced Chemists—further tested by Dermatologists and Naturopathic Doctors. Our formulas are made safe for all skin types, but designed for active skin. 

WHAT DOES SAFE FOR ACTIVE-SKIN MEAN?

Our products are formulated with clean, effective ingredients—designed for active skin like acne-prone and blemish-prone skin, hyperpigmentation, postinflammatory hyperpigmentation, discoloration, and uneven skin-tone.  Our ingredients are toxin-free, eliminating 2,700+ ingredient dealbreakers from our formulas.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?

Our products are non-comedogenic, hypoallergenic, and fragrance-free. If you have any reservations, we suggest patch testing, or reviewing the full list of ingredients with your healthcare provider before using your desired product.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE?

Yes! We never test on animals, and are in the process of being cruelty-free certified.

ARE YOUR  PRODUCTS VEGAN?

Of course—our products are formulated without animal-derived ingredients, or byproducts.

ARE YOUR SKINCARE PRODUCTS PREGNANCY SAFE?

Although our products are formulated clean, we suggest reviewing the full list of ingredients with your healthcare provider before using your desired product.

ARE YOUR SKINCARE PRODUCTS CLEAN?

This ride is clean—dealbodies is a consciously clean brand.  We formulate with intention, eliminating 2,700+ ingredient dealbreakers from our formulas.  To maintain the highest clean beauty standards, we ensure unethically sourced and harmful ingredients remain disqualified.  

DO YOU OFFER A RECYCLING PROGRAM OR INCENTIVE?

Pull up! Send back a minimum of 3 product empties, and redeem 10% off your next order.  Email team@dealbodies.com for your complimentary shipping label, and full details on the next steps.

ORDERS

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER INFORMATION?

You can check the status of your order on your Account page. Give it at least a day for accurate tracking to be updated.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be billed once processing has started.  This might take a day or two before showing up on your credit card statement.

AM I ABLE TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER, OR EVEN CANCEL?

Orders begin processing by our fulfilment team almost immediately—which limits our ability to intercept, and make changes, or cancel an order. Send an email over to team@dealbodies.com right away if you need to modify or cancel your order, and our crew will try their best to accommodate your request. Just a heads up, we can’t guarantee that changes can be made.

SHIPPING

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?

Yes—we ship to all provinces and territories in Canada. Shipping in Canada is free over $100 CAD.  Orders ship via Canada Post and UPS, with Standard and Expedited shipping options (depending on location). Shipping rates and times vary according to parcel size, destination, and selected carrier option. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes—we ship internationally to the UK, and the United States (not including Alaska and Hawaii).

International shipping for the US is free over $100 CAD. 

Orders ship via Canada Post (via USPS) and UPS, with Standard and Expedited shipping options (depending on location). Shipping rates and times vary according to parcel size, destination, and selected carrier option. 

HOW ABOUT DUTIES AND TAXES?

Duties and Taxes are not covered in the cost of shipping for international orders. However, we are working on better options in the near future for stress-free shipping. Stay tuned!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

As soon as we receive your order, it will take 2-3 business days for processing. Typically, orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship out the same day. After that time-slot, orders will begin processing the following business day.

Returns

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not loving your dealbodies products, notify us within 21 days of purchase via email at team@dealbodies.com. Include your order number in the subject line, along with the items you would like to return, and our team will assist you swiftly.

For Canadian returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable

For International returns, original shipping charges, and duties + taxes are non-refundable.

We are usually pretty fast, but please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be fully credited to your original method of payment.

HOW ARE REFUNDS PROCESSED?

Refunds are sent back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.  It can take 1-2 weeks for refunds to be reflected, depending on your financial institution.
