Refund policy

We stand behind our formulas. If you don’t love a DEALBODIES product purchased from dealbodies.com, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund, products must contain at least 75% of their original contents. Products that are excessively used, empty, altered, or otherwise do not meet our return requirements will not be eligible for a refund. DEALBODIES reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

To request a return, email team@dealbodies.com with your order number in the subject line and the product(s) you’d like to return. Our team will provide next steps.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your financial institution.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at team@dealbodies.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

Products purchased through one of our retail partners are subject to that retailer’s return and exchange policy and cannot be returned through dealbodies.com.
